A single curated series across every floor, so the building reads as one collection, not a random set of pictures. Numbered editions with full documentation: author, place, year.
OURLUCI illuminated frames run on 24 V and replace the wall luminaire at each point. The corridor gets its light and its identity from the same object.
Positions and power points are planned together with your electrical design, and installation follows your contractor's schedule. We prepare the instructions, your team builds as usual.
Every buyer receives an H4 Gallery coupon toward an artwork for their own home, presented in your project's name at key handover.
They choose in the gallery or online, from the full curated catalogue. We prepare a visualisation of the work in their interior before they decide.
An unused coupon costs nothing. Invoices are quarterly, only for redeemed coupons, with a full list. Coupons are valid 12 months from handover. No upfront budget, no risk.

You pay €300 per redeemed coupon.
Coupon value €600.
You pay €450 per redeemed coupon.
Prices include VAT. The number and value of coupons are fixed in the agreement, for example only for the first 30 apartments.

Send us your floor plans and we will return a positions plan, the electrical requirements and a proposal within a week. Pilots are welcome, the programme grows only if it works.
